  • Elizabeth Braudis, JD, LLM
    President, Partner

    Elizabeth Braudis has over 30 years’ experience working with wealthy individuals and families developing and managing complex estate and financial plans. Prior to joining Foster Dykema Cabot in 2002, she worked for the Trust and Wealth Management Division of Shawmut/Fleet Bank. Ms. Braudis is the fifth president to lead the firm since its inception in the 1960s. Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, she received her JD from Vermont Law School and BS from Skidmore College. She also holds an LLM (Masters of Law) in Taxation from Boston University Law School. She serves as trustee for numerous personal trusts and foundations.

  • Donnalee Guerin
    Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Sr. Client Advisor, Partner

    Donnalee Guerin has over 25 years’ experience in client service, finance, operations and aviation. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, she was a Vice President at Putnam Investments specializing in aviation and travel. In addition to assisting in the management of large family relationships, Ms. Guerin oversees the firm’s operations and compliance program. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Emmanuel College and is a graduate of Katherine Gibbs.

  • Jeffrey McGrew, CFA
    Chief Investment Officer, Partner

    Jeff McGrew has over 30 years of experience in the investment management industry. Jeff chairs the Investment Policy Committee and is responsible for leading the investment team and overseeing all aspects of the investment process, including asset allocation, research and the selection of investments. Prior to joining Foster Dykema Cabot in 2016, he was a Portfolio Manager and Investment Officer at MFS Investment Management, utilizing fundamental and quantitative research to manage domestic and global equity portfolios. Prior to MFS, Jeff spent eleven years at The Boston Company Asset Management as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager. Previously, Jeff was a Senior Equity Analyst at Fidelity Investments. Mr. McGrew earned an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and received his BA from Wittenberg University. Jeff holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society.

  • F. Peter Fisher, CFA
    Head of Private Investments, Partner

    Peter Fisher has over 20 years experience in the investment management and financial services industry. As a member of the investment team, Mr. Fisher leads FDC’s private investment platform, sourcing and evaluating private market funds and opportunities for client portfolios and FDC’s in-house fund-of-funds strategies. Prior to joining Foster Dykema Cabot in 2017, Mr. Fisher was a Vice President with Affiliated Managers Group in AMG’s Affiliate Development team and a Vice President with Citigroup in their Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions group. He earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of business at Duke University and received his BA from Connecticut College.  Peter holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is also a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.

  • Brooke L. Manfredi, JD
    Senior Client Advisor, Partner

    Brooke Manfredi has 15 years’ experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families. Prior to joining Foster Dykema Cabot in 2014, she worked as an attorney in the wealth management departments of Choate Hall & Stewart and WilmerHale, where she advised individuals and families regarding complex estate planning matters. Ms. Manfredi graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School in 2006. She also holds a BA from Middlebury College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude in 2000. Ms. Manfredi is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Boston Estate Planning Council.

  • Vikram Soorma, CFA
    Portfolio Manager, Partner

    Vikram Soorma has over 15 years’ experience in the investment management industry. As a member of the investment team, he focuses on research and manager selection. Prior to joining Foster Dykema Cabot in 2015, Mr. Soorma served as a Research Analyst at SCS Financial Services and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Fidelity Investments. At SCS, he managed a $2 billion equity strategy, assisted with asset allocation decisions, and led the firm’s manager selection activities. He earned an MBA from George Washington University in 2005, and he received a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Pune in India. Vikram holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society.

  • Sharon M. Bolinger, CTFA
    Senior Client Advisor

    Sharon Bolinger has over 40 years’ experience working with high-net-worth clients and their families. She manages relationships and assists with matters relating to trust administration, taxes, and issues that are unique to a particular client or family group; she is also a member of FDC’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 1986, Ms. Bolinger worked as a Registered Sales Assistant for Advest, a regional brokerage firm. She received a BA from Allegheny College in 1982. Ms. Bolinger is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Trust School Program, earning her certificate as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

    Linda Chin has over 35 years of experience working for registered investment advisors. Prior to joining FDC in 2002, she was the Chief Financial Officer for Woodstock Corporation. Ms. Chin has extensive expertise in accounting and administration and works closely with managers administering a variety of high-net-worth client portfolios. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Boston University.

    Manager of Operations, Associate Portfolio Manager

    Scott Desmond has over 20 years’ experience in the investment management industry. Since joining the firm in 2016, he is responsible for trading and process improvement. Prior to joining Foster Dykema Cabot, Mr. Desmond worked in derivative operations at State Street Global Advisors where he was responsible for swaps and options. He also worked at Congress Asset Management as the equity trader. He received a Master’s degree in finance from Northeastern University in 2014 and a Bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1998.

    Priscilla Ferreira brings to the firm over 30 years of experience in various corporate settings including Cumberland Farms, Shaw’s/Star Market, Petco, and CVS. Priscilla has attended Bay State Academy, Becker College, and Bridgewater State College. She is active in the New England region Network of Executive Women and has held leadership roles on their Board of Directors.

    Patricia Higgins joined the firm as a Client Service Advisor in 2014. She works closely with managers and families, assisting in trust administration. Before joining FDC, she was the administrative assistant to the headmaster of a private school. Prior to that, she worked in the Compliance Department at Scudder Kemper Investments in Boston. Ms. Higgins received a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is a graduate of Curry College’s Paralegal Certificate Program.

    Erica Jonasson joined the firm as a Client Service Advisor in 2024, bringing over seven years of experience in financial services. She specializes in working with high-net-worth clients and their families, providing comprehensive support in trust administration. Prior to her role at FDC, Ms. Jonasson served as a Wealth Advisor at a local registered investment advisory firm, where she collaborated closely with clients on all aspects of their financial lives. A summa cum laude graduate of Bridgewater State University, Ms. Jonasson also holds a certificate as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, earned through the Bryant University Financial Planning Program in 2021.

    Operations Analyst

    Shaylah Kelly joined the firm in 2023 as an Operations Analyst. She is involved in improving internal processes, executing various system-related projects, as well as contributing to the firm’s compliance program. Prior to joining Foster Dykema Cabot, Ms. Kelly held roles in both Client Service and Operations at Trillium Asset Management. Previously, Ms. Kelly worked at BNY Mellon, supporting clients in the Family Office Group. While at BNY Mellon, she was selected to participate in the Wealth Management Mentorship Program. Ms. Kelly earned her BSBA in Finance from Elon University, graduating Cum Laude. As a student, she held internships at Prio Wealth, Granahan Investment Management, and Colrain Capital.

    Brenna LaPierre joined the firm in 2023 as a Client Service Advisor, bringing eight years of experience in financial planning, client service administration and investment operations. She works closely with high-net worth clients and their families, assisting with all matters relating to trust administration.

    Prior to joining FDC, Ms. LaPierre was as an associate advisor at O’Brien Wealth Partners, working closely with clients on all aspects of their financial lives. Ms. Lapierre received a BS in Accounting and Finance from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. She is also a graduate of the Boston University Financial Planning Program, earning her certificate as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®.

    Family Advisor

    Jennifer Pelis has over 25 years’ experience in the investment-management industry working with high-net-worth individuals. Ms. Pelis has multiple roles with the firm. As a relationship advisor, her responsibilities include coordinating the finances of wealthy families and acting as a liaison between families and their advisors including accountants, lawyers, and trustees. She also contributes to the firm’s investment efforts, assisting with the analysis and accounting of private equity interest and investment performance. Prior to joining Foster Dykema Cabot in 2003, Ms. Pelis worked for Fleet Bank and Wainright. She received a Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance from Bentley College in 1993.

    Patricia Stanton has over 40 years of trust administration experience. Prior to joining FDC in 2004, she worked in the Private Wealth Management Group of Bank of America for 24 years. Her expertise includes complex trust, estate and charitable trust administration. Ms. Stanton received a BS from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a graduate of the Trust Program of the New England School of Banking. She is also a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Trust School Program, earning her certificate as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

    Drew Knowland has over 19 years experience as an investment manager servicing high-net-worth individuals and families. He joined Foster Dykema Cabot in 2001 following nearly 20 years in various management positions in the high-technology industry. Mr. Knowland retired from full time work in 2020 but continues to contribute to the investment team and consult on various client initiatives. He earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College in 1982, received his BA from Middlebury College in 1971, and holds the “Chartered Financial Analyst” designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society.
